The Q104 Children’s Trust Fund was founded in 1994 and helps children and families throughout the Maritimes (in conjunction with the IWK) when kids are faced with medical emergencies and financial needs that exceed what their parents can afford. Throughout the year, the Mighty Q sponsors a number of fundraiser for the Trust Fund, and every year Q Nation helps fill the coffers that go to help so many Nova Scotian families!
